The building is located in an area of the City, where it formerly had an industrial use and has now been transformed into a residential one.

It is a totally exempt building, with a façade facing 4 streets following its alignment. The access floor is completely diaphanous, only the 2 access halls to the stairs are closed. The closest hallway to Azalea Street, 2 stairs are placed and the one closest to Biel Street, 1 stairs. In stairway nº1, 3 apartments are distributed per landing, in nº2, 2 apartments and in nº3, 4 apartments.

It has been tried that most of the houses have cross ventilation. Most of them have 3 bedrooms, there are also 2 and 4 bedrooms.

On the Amapola street side, a free space has been planned for the community, destined for children’s games.
