Urban Plan ‘Sector 02 – La Cava’ (Cambrils)

The Urban Plan ‘Sector 2 – La Cava’ is located northeast of the town of Cambrils, bordering on the north with the AP-7 highway.

The arrangement contributes to the formation of a promenade that goes from the limit of the municipal term of Vinyols, to the projected North Round. Assignments for equipment and green areas have been planned on the north and northwest side next to the consolidated urban area. The green area is partly located in the current ravine.

Buildings are projected in passing blocks, to take advantage of the greater orientation, and ventilation. In the northern part, as the end of the projected promenade, a space is reserved for commercial and public uses.
