‘Parc de Llevant’ Complex (El Catllar)

The complex ‘Park Llevant’, is located in a typically Mediterranean landscape with carob and olive trees and dry stone walls. The land also borders the Costa Daurada golf course.

Note this setting has respected the natural topography of the land, and has designed a development where most of the plots are isolated to individual homes.

The peculiarity is that the whole development is viewed as homogeneous, in this way most homes have been projected.

There are different models of houses, on the ground floor and ground floor apartment, but the treatment is always very similar exterior, stone, glass and continuous coatings.
