Urban Plan ‘PP17 i PP08 – Park Mestral’ (El Catllar)

The proposal takes into consideration the balance of the territory, with regard to its use, urbanization and the preservation of natural space, under the principle of sustainability.

The streets that are proposed, aim to change the existing topography in the least way possible. The majority of the streets are raised in a single level.

The residential typologies which arise are of the single family type and in row and all integrated into the natural environment.
