70 Apartments, Shops, Offices and Parking

The building is located just on the south side of St. Jordi Park, the avenue of the same name.

It is a building of 70 apartments, with shops on the ground floor and offices on the first floor.

The adopted solution is structured into a single rectangular-shaped building 72 meters by 29 meters plus the cantilever.

Both the facade and the rear are removed to form a face with open patios outside.

Approximately in the middle of the front of the avenue, the access is placed, it is prioritized with a double height and placing a large canopy. The hall occupies the entire width of the building at the back, a large window looks on to the garden and pool.

The first floor is accessed from the same hall with two staircases, through a central corridor that runs parallel to the street, the offices are distributed on both sides.

The second to sixth floor, set aside for housing with 14 apartments per floor. Through this central corridor, access to housing; corridor receives natural light both ends.
