Special Plan for the implementation of an Agricultural exploitation for hydroponics and an insect Production Center (Riudoms)

The Special Plan is developed in a rustic land, which was previously a garden center. The proposal allows for the adaptation of existing facilities and the expansion of those necessary to carry out hydroponic farming and an insect production center. These activities need to be carried out on undevelopable land, given their rustic nature and at the same time allow the reuse of existing greenhouses.

The criterion is to minimize the impact on the environment with minimal actions and to reuse existing buildings.

The Special Plan defines the urban parameters that will govern the future actions foreseen in the new activity.
