Urban Improvement Plan ‘ASM i Altres – Camí de la Pedrera del Coubi’ (Reus)

The development of the Urban Improvement Plan is in response to the owner’s intention to initiate urban planning procedures in order to complete the urban area.

The proposed zoning order of the area is through an octagonal structured road network, following a north-south axel direction (Pedrera del Coubi road and Castellvell road) linked to three transverse roads. All the roads are integrated and supported in the green area that contributes to the new buildings planned in the sector and also allow the integration of existing buildings in these free spaces.
